This is a unique opportunity to operate with the agility of a startup, while leveraging Snyk’s extensive infrastructure, customer reach, and industry insights.

As a Staff Incubation Engineer, you will be at the forefront of technical innovation, tackling complex engineering challenges to develop a new product. This role demands full-stack development expertise, a strong grasp of system architecture for AI applications, and end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle—from rapid prototyping to large-scale deployment. You will operate in a lean, agile environment, iterating rapidly on solutions to achieve product-market fit.

* **** Full-Stack Product Development:
**** Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions from scratch, covering both frontend and backend components.
* **** System Architecture & Design:
**** Architect flexible, scalable, and secure systems, ensuring robust, maintainable, and high-quality codebases.
* **** Rapid Prototyping & Iteration:
**** Build rapid prototypes to validate ideas, iterate on feedback, and pivot quickly to achieve the best product-market fit.
* **** AI Agent Development:
**** Design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents and autonomous systems, focusing on their integration into new product offerings.
* **** Performance Optimization:
