As our platform and customer base grow, the need to scale our infrastructure efficiently is paramount. We’re looking for a Software Engineer who is passionate about building robust, scalable systems and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

You’ll be instrumental in tackling our most challenging scaling problems, from optimizing our test execution pipelines to ensuring the reliability of our AI agents. This is a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on our product and help us build a platform that can support our ambitious growth.

• Design, build, and maintain the core infrastructure that powers our agentic AI and test execution platform.
• Optimize system performance and reliability, addressing bottlenecks and improving efficiency across the stack.
• Work on a wide range of technical challenges, including container orchestration, distributed systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to anticipate future requirements and proactively scale our systems.
• Help us build a world-class engineering culture that values quality, impact, and ownership.

• Strong Generalist Skills:
  Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals and ability to work effectively across the stack.
• Deep Scaling Expertise:
  Proven track record of scaling infrastructure and solving complex performance problems.
• Cloud Experience:
  Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
• Problem-Solving Mentality:
  Curious, analytical, and skilled at identifying and solving hard problems.
• Bias for Action:
  Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and get things done in a dynamic startup.
• Excellent Communication:
  Capable of clearly articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
