Are you an experienced JAVA Technical Lead? Have you driven development standards and quality within a team whilst ensuring that milestones are achieved on time? • Lead backend squads of approximately 8 JAVA Developers in Zurich (and oversee a team in Romania).
• Operate as the CTO’s number two, taking ownership for development teams, delivery, and design decisions.
• Apply a strict Agile approach, ensuring high test coverage and use of Cucumber for BDD.
• Drive development standards and quality within the team.
• Ensure timely milestone completion and maintain quality standards.

• Strong JAVA development skills.
• Proficient with Spring Boot and Spring Integration.
• Experience building microservices and using Kafka for streaming.
• Containerization with Docker & Kubernetes.
• Multi‑cloud experience, especially with AWS and Azure.

• Lead backend squads and oversee the team in Romania.
• Make design decisions and drive delivery.
• Communicate with senior leadership and act as bridge between teams.

• Mid to Senior level experience in Java development.
• Full‑time commitment.
• Information Technology professional background.
