We’re building a science‑backed mobile platform that includes a variety of interactive tools—called “practices”—that users can mix and match to support sleep, stress reduction, physical health, and performance. These include guided meditations, breathing exercises, and biometric tracking. Our core product is shaped by a world‑class advisory board and powered by a tight‑knit, cross‑functional team. To enhance this experience, we’ve developed the Virtusan Ring—a next‑generation wearable that tracks key health metrics.

The ring seamlessly integrates with the Virtusan app to provide real‑time, personalized insights that help users make meaningful, measurable progress toward their wellness goals.

As a Senior Flutter Developer, you’ll work within our core product team to build a responsive, fast, and intuitive mobile app. Your responsibilities will include :

• Developing the Virtusan app using Flutter and Dart.
• Improving existing “practices” and building new tools that help users develop healthier routines.
• Integrating third‑party services such as Firebase, Revenue Cat, BLE, and analytics platforms (e.g. Amplitude, Firebase Analytics).
• Writing clean, maintainable, and modular code following Clean Architecture and using Dependency Injection.
• Handling asynchronous programming and complex UI state with BLoC.
• Implementing and consuming APIs using REST and Dio, including Firebase Remote Config and Cloud Messaging.
• Ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and smooth user experiences.
• Participating in code reviews, agile workflows, and product iterations.

• Flutter Expertise : 5+ years of experience building production‑grade Flutter apps using Dart. Strong command of state management with BLoC, asynchronous programming, and scalable architecture.
• Architecture & Code Quality : Familiar with Clean Architecture, modular codebase structure, and Dependency Injection. Focused on performance optimisation and maintainable code.
• Integrations & Tools : Experience with REST APIs and Dio. Comfortable working with Firebase services (Remote Config, Cloud Messaging), Revenue Cat, BLE, and analytics platforms (e.g. Amplitude, Firebase Analytics).
• Soft Skills : Strong problem‑solving mindset and effective team collaboration.
• Project Management : Familiar with project management tools such as Jira and well‑versed in teams using Scrum methodologies.
