Backend Developer

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our core team. You will work alongside our current backend lead to maintain critical systems, migrate legacy infrastructure (Drupal
7), and build robust APIs for our new Progressive Web App (PWA). Your work will directly power the Classic Driver marketplace, ensuring data synchronization, security, and high performance.

• Legacy Migration:
  Assist in the migration away from Drupal 7 to a modern backend architecture.
• Data Synchronization:
  Improve and streamline synchronization of car data from dealers and auction houses to reduce friction for sellers.
• Feature Development:
  Build backend logic for new features such as the 'Virtual Garage', real-time auctions, and valuation tools.
• Integrations:
  Implement 3rd party integrations for user verification, escrow services, and payment processing.
• API Development:
  Design and maintain RESTful/Graph
  
  QL APIs to support the frontend and mobile PWA.

• Strong experience in backend technologies (e.g., PHP/Laravel, Node.js, or Python).
• Experience with database management (SQL/No
  
  SQL) and optimization.
• Familiarity with Drupal or similar CMS architectures is a strong plus.
• Experience with API design and third-party integrations.
