• We are looking for you to join our team in Białystok, Poland or Zürich, Switzerland immediately or upon availability in a 50-100% capacity.

• Design of software architecture, develop a scalable, high-performance, and resilient software architecture for the integration, synchronization, and processing of data, both in real-time and post-acquisition from many sensors
• Define the interfaces and communication protocols between software system elements
• Design data structures and database schemas for efficient storage and access to large volumes of data
• Lead development teams, ensure adherence to the adopted architecture and standards, maintain high quality and performance of the software, compliance with and the management of software work packages
• Creation and updating documentation on architecture and software design, including software safety plans, requirements, and test specifications
• Cross-functional teamwork to ensure seamless hardware-software integration for mission critical platforms

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years in a Software Architect role, preferably in real-time data processing systems or embedded / IoT systems
• Documented experience or strong theoretical knowledge in the acquisition and processing systems for sensors
• Fluent in at least one programming language used in high-performance systems
• Experience designing systems to handle large volumes of data, including database optimization and streaming architecture
• Analytical and logical thinking, strong problem-solving abilities and collaborative mindset
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
