Want your code running on real robots, fast? We are hiring a Software Engineer (Computer Vision) to help build the perception and autonomy systems behind next‑gen robotic material handling. You will join a high‑calibre team in a VC‑backed robotics startup, working on real‑time vision in messy, unstructured logistics environments.

• Build and ship real-time components across the computer vision and autonomy stack
• Own the end‑to‑end AI pipeline, including data capture, augmentation, management, training, and inference
• Partner closely with motion and planning engineers to push robotics performance forward

• Strong experience building and improving production‑quality software
• Excellent C++ and Python
• Solid understanding of model and pipeline architecture, plus serving/inference infrastructure
• Comfortable implementing algorithms from scratch, not just wiring libraries together
• Collaborative, low‑ego, pragmatic approach—prototype, test, iterate
• High impact problems at the frontier of computer vision and robotics
• Fast feedback loop, see your work on robots within days
• Senior, politics‑free environment that values clarity
