Join us as a Senior Fullstack Engineer in our Belgrade office and help shape the next chapter of our CRM platform for real estate professionals in Switzerland. The platform plays a central role in supporting top real estate agencies—and we're now making strides to evolve into the future.

We’re looking for a strong, hands‑on engineer with a bias for ownership, happy to take problems from idea to production and stick with them until they work reliably. You’re comfortable across the web stack and bring strong modern frontend skills, adding fast prototyping and frontend depth to a backend‑leaning team so we can raise the bar on our UI and UX.

You don’t have to be an expert in everything on day one— we care most about solid engineering fundamentals, strong ownership and the willingness to grow into the rest.

In this role, you'll balance system stability with long-term thinking. You’ll take ownership across the stack, challenge assumptions and work closely with others to continuously improve how we build, ship, and evolve our platform:

Lead frontend architecture and delivery – own key UI flows and components; keep accessibility and performance high; design clear data and state flows; prototype and iterate quickly (from product ideas to tech spikes) and turn them into robust, maintainable code in a large existing codebase.

Build and run the stack end to end – work hands‑on with the team across UI, services, APIs, infrastructure, pipelines, deployment and operations; shape monitors and SLIs / SLOs; keep alerts clear and actionable; and take a leading role in incidents and follow‑ups for your area.

Partner with Product and Design on UX and service contracts – co‑lead discovery, make trade‑offs explicit early, design APIs that keep the UI fast and simple, and ship in small, reviewable increments so we can learn and adjust quickly.

Bring strong product sense – connect engineering decisions to customer and business outcomes, measure impact, course‑correct based on what we learn, and sequence work for value, feedback and risk reduction.

Build and operate on Cloud – apply solid architectural understanding of cloud‑native systems, ideally on AWS; experience with GCP, Azure or Kubernetes and a willingness to get hands‑on in our environment are very welcome.

Streamline delivery – improve CI / CD for web apps, remove friction on the path to production, and keep docs and runbooks current and usable so others can move quickly and safely in the codebase.

Mentor and coach – pair regularly, give thoughtful reviews, share knowledge through sessions, docs and demos, and provide timely, actionable feedback that helps teammates deepen and broaden their skills.

Frontend:
React (current) with Type Script / JavaScript; testing with Jest, Puppeteer and Cypress. Vue experience is a strong plus, as we’re potentially moving toward Vue and value experience with migrations and prototypes.

Observability:
Datadog (including RUM) and Kibana for logs / metrics / traces; clear, actionable alerting.

Backend & Infrastructure:
Services in Type Script / Node.js; PHP in legacy areas; containers and serverless;
Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

CI / CD & Docs:
Git Hub Actions;
Backstage for service catalog and documentation.

6+ years building user‑facing products with end‑to‑end ownership.

Frontend‑leaning full‑stack engineer with strong UI / UX fundamentals.

Comfortable working across services, data and cloud; AWS experience or fast ramp‑up from GCP / Azure or Kubernetes.
