Oracle APEX Front-End Developer

We help customers make decisions based on the temperature in the core of their products, not the air around them. In addition to ensuring product safety, we also help them to achieve their sustainability goals by reducing waste and energy consumption.

With Axino, customers can remotely monitor the core temperature of food products, enabling them to optimise energy consumption and reduce manual workload.

We are hiring an Oracle APEX Front‑End Developer to design and build new features and applications that expand our product suite and revolutionise how retailers approach food safety and sustainability. You will join an international, English‑speaking team of engineers, product managers, and designers, collaborating closely to deliver scalable, data‑driven applications that power Axino’s next generation of IoT solutions.

• Design, build, and maintain applications and APIs for Axino’s cloud‑based platform.
• Monitor and optimise the performance, scalability, and reliability of existing applications.
• Implement automated test suites to ensure the quality and stability of Axino’s application suite.
• Follow best practices in database application design, development, and testing.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in database and application development, particularly within the Oracle APEX ecosystem.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Oracle APEX application development.
• Experience customizing and retrofitting Oracle APEX templates.
• Experience building Progressive Web Applications (PWA) using Oracle APEX.
• Strong command of JavaScript, SQL, and PL / SQL.
• Experience implementing RESTful web services within APEX or related frameworks.
• In‑depth knowledge of SQL and database query optimisation.
• Passion for building user‑friendly, intuitive front‑end experiences.
• Solid understanding of best practices in database engineering, security, and performance.
• Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
