- Business English for Professionals & Business Students
Length of study: 4, 8 or 12 weeks, 25 hours/week - Minimum English Proficiency Level: 10

Our Business English Certificate Program (4 or 8 weeks) and Diploma Program (12 weeks) are designed to provide students with market competitiveness and to develop skills needed to work effectively in today's business world.
During this comprehensive course, you learn business concepts which are supported with team building activities, Internet research, dynamic participation and critical thinking. You develop your writing style and interpret company reports, business articles, and case studies. You will be analyzing different forms of the media, with emphasis placed on being aware of current business issues in the market place. Our Business English students also participate in Business Seminars and workshops to experience the Canadian corporate structure first-hand.
We added a Cambridge BEC (Business English Certificate) exam preparation component to our Business English Programs to meet the growing demand for language tests with a specialised focus. Authentic business communications, including memos, emails, and telephone conversations, are used to reinforce all three sections of the Cambridge test: Listening, Reading / Writing, and Speaking. Sample questions and test tips will allow students to prepare themselves for the challenges of the BEC Preliminary Exam.
- Business English Diploma + Internship
Length of study: 12 weeks + 4 weeks (Internship), 25 hours/week
If you successfully complete the Omnicom Business English Diploma Program (12 weeks), you will be eligible to enroll in a 4 week work-experience at a Canadian company, in an unpaid internship position. You will acquire the skills necessary to succeed in business, followed by the real-world application of those skills. Internships are available in a range of industries, including Hospitality, Travel Industry, Customer Service, Entertainment Industry, Import/ Export and the Volunteer Sector.
- English for Tourism & Hospitality
Length of study: 8 weeks - Minimum English Proficiency Level: 6
This is a course for students who are working or seeking employment in the Tourism or Hospitality industries. Students will learn various aspects of these fast-growing and exciting industries; expand vocabulary used in travel services, hotels and airports. Vocabulary, pronunciation, listening, reading, writing and career skills are some of the subjects covered during this course.
