Designed for students who want to launch their culinary career by mastering professional basic skills and integrating into a professional kitchen, this program includes 5-month skills-building (with 90% hands-on & 10% theory), and 3-month real world experience in the field. You will be taught by top-level chef instructors, and class size is kept to a maximum of 10 students to ensure personalized, efficient and accelerated training.

Culinary Arts Diploma Program - Taught in English or French:
- 6-month skills-building training & 3-month internship

The Culinary Arts Diploma is adapted to people who want to master professional basic skills and integrate into a professional kitchen. Course modules include: 

- Basics of Cooking (cutting methods, bases, sauces, condiments)
- Vegetables, Fruits and Cereals
- Communication
- Poultry, Meat & Game
- Management & Administration
- Aquatic Produces
- Basic Pastry
- Field Trips

Internship Program:
The Culinary Arts Diploma includes a 12-week internship in a French restaurant selected by the educational team.

Pre-requisites:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Proficient in English or in French
- High School Diploma level
