NILS Japanese Language School has two campuses in the Kyushu region of south-west Japan. Our Fukuoka Campus is located near the central area of the city, just 1 minute's walk from Nishitetsu Ohashi Station. Our Ogori City campus, about 30 minutes from Fukuoka City, houses the students in our long-term programs. We offer short-term and intensive (long-term) Japanese language courses. We offer you high quality in your educational & language needs, and also help you to prepare for exams. NILS helps to define Japanese culture itself, interacting with the local community through various types of school activities within the year.

Intensive Japanese Immersion Programs:

1-Year Intensive Japanese Program:
The main purpose of this course is to improve your Japanese Language skills quickly. Even beginners can progress to the intermediate level by taking the 1 year course. After only one year, you will be able to talk about your daily life, your family and friends, express your dreams, etc. using a variety of expressions and phrases in natural Japanese. After studying Japanese for only one year, your great effort will enable you to apply for universities and colleges.

Our class lessons will cover all skills – reading, listening, writing, vocabulary, grammar, and speaking with correct pronunciation. You can also touch on a lot of Japanese culture and traditions during your study in Japan.

1.5  / 2 Year Intensive Japanese Programs:
The length of study depends on when you enroll at NILS. the 2 year course is for the April enrollment and 1.5 year course for October. Both courses are designed for going to higher educational facilities, such as universities, colleges, or vocational schools. Our class lessons will cover all skills – reading, listening, writing, vocabulary, grammar and speaking with correct pronunciation.

These courses include regular lessons, JLPT and EJU preparation, and cultural activities throughout the year. Quite a number of the students master up to intermediate level of daily conversation in three months.
