We provide flexible classes to allow our students to study around their work or family commitments. We help our graduate trainees with placement services and corporate events. Short massage & wellness courses include Anatomy & Physiology; De-Stress Workshop; Hand / Foot massage; Head, Neck & Shoulder Treatment; Lower Back Pain Workshop; Stomach massage.

Short Courses & Workshops:
These workshops are run over 3 days of 1-2 hours each. We recommend you attend all 3 lessons as close together as possible. 

• Lower Back Pain Workshop
Low back pain affects almost everyone at some stage in their lives. This course will teach you how to successfully reduce pain to you or your loved one.

• Anatomy & Physiology
The purpose of this short course is to provide participants with a fundamental understanding of human Physiology and Anatomy, which is essential for communication, assessment, and treatment of massage clients.

• Head, Neck & Shoulder Treatment
This is an excellent course for therapists planning to perform Head, Neck and Shoulder massages in the corporate world. Students will gain the knowledge and skills to perform a seated massage.

• De-Stress Workshop
Tension headache or shoulder developed through mental stress, poor posture or poor ergonomic positions. Do you know people who suffer from tension headaches, neck and shoulder pains or poor upper body posture? Now you can help them.
