Amstelring zoekt een betrokken verzorgende IG voor Rozenholm in Aalsmeer. Je levert zorg op basis van het zorgplan, signaleert gezondheidsproblemen en voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit. Samen met het team waarborg je kwaliteit en informeert de collega’s tijdig.
Je werkt in de middag-/avonddienst en nachtdiensten, met aandacht voor samenwerking en rust in de bewonerszorg. De zorgcoördinator en kwaliteitsverpleegkundige zijn jouw aanspreekpunten;
