Hauptaufgaben
- Administrative und operative Unterstützung der Bereiche Vertrieb & Marketing, Produktmanagement, Regulatory Affairs, Einkauf und Produktionsplanung
- Pflege und Verwaltung von Kunden-, Produkt- und Stammdaten sowie Unterstützung bei Mailings und Marketingaktivitäten
- Unterstützung bei regulatorischen und dokumentationsbezogenen Anforderungen
- Übernahme von Stellvertretungsaufgaben im Einkauf sowie Unterstützung bei der Auftragsabwicklung und Lieferkoordination
- Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen administrativen Unterstützung und Vertretung bei Abwesenheiten innerhalb des Teams
- Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Prozessen, der Verbesserung von Abläufen und der Reduktion operativer Risiken
- Unterstützung bei internen Reportings sowie bei der Bearbeitung von Kunden- und Vertriebsanfragen
- Allgemeine Administrationsaufgaben
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch
- Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Französisch erwünscht
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Office-Programme
- SAP Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Offene und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise
