CH Media sucht zur Verstärkung des Kundenservice eine/n Retention-Spezialist/in. Sie führen Retention-Gespräche im Inbound und Outbound, erkennen Kundenbedürfnisse und platzieren gezielt Angebote zur Kündigungsprävention.
Dokumentation erfolgt im ERP-/CRM-System, enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kundenservice ist Teil der Aufgabe. Sie beraten zu Produkten, unterstützen Inbound-Kundenservice bei Bedarf und tragen aktiv zur Erreichung unserer Retention- und Qualitätsziele bei.
