Implenia Schweiz AG sucht für das Kalkulationsteam im Baumeister Region Aarau eine/n Modellierer/in AVOR/Kalkulation (80-100%). Sie erstellen 3D-Modelle (Tekla) als Grundlage der Kalkulation, prüfen BIM-Modelle und leiten Mengengerüste ab.
Zusätzlich entwickeln Sie modellbasierte Baustelleneinrichtungen und simulieren Bauabläufe. Sie arbeiten eng mit der Kalkulation zusammen, um Prozesse zu optimieren, Termine und Kosten sicherer zu planen und die Projektqualität zu steigern.
