Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen die Unterstützung des Tagesteams, die Interaktion mit Angehörigen und die Dokumentation des Pflegebedarfs. Zudem wird eine Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit sowie Erfahrung in der Pflege und Betreuung von betagten Menschen vorausgesetzt.
