Die Rolle umfasst Verantwortung im Pflegeprozess, die Dokumentation, sowie die Ansprechperson für Bewohner und Angehörige zu sein. Ideal sind Personen mit Geduld, Einfühlungsvermögen und einer selbständigen Arbeitsweise. Gute Umgangsformen werden erwartet und Basiskenntnisse in EDV sind vorteilhaft.
