Der Kantonsspital Aarau sucht eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson für die Neonatologie Special Care (80–100%). Sie betreuen Säuglinge und Frühgeborene im Dreischichtbetrieb und tragen durch Ihre fachliche Kompetenz zur Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität bei.
Sie arbeiten im multiprofessionellen Team, integrieren Eltern in die Versorgung und übernehmen die Schichtleitung gemäß internen Standards. Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrung in Pädiatrie oder Neonatologie mit.
