• Deliver evidence‑based, hands‑on physical therapy to medically complex patients recovering from serious illness, injury, or surgery.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team to implement and adjust individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Assess patient mobility, strength, endurance, and functional capacity, and develop targeted treatment strategies to maximize recovery and independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on mobility techniques, fall prevention, and safe discharge planning to promote long‑term outcomes.
• Accurately document patient progress and treatment effectiveness in compliance with facility policies, regulatory standards, and professional best practices.

• Active Physical Therapist license in Louisiana.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team‑oriented mindset.
