Registered Nurse (RN) – Long‑Term Acute Care (LTAC, ICU, CC) – Lafayette, LA – Full‑time day & night shifts. Vibra Permanent Staffing is looking for experienced RNs for a direct hire position. • Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families and advocate for long‑term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.

• Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.

• Active RN license in Louisiana or a compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
