The RN performs comprehensive nursing care, assesses and monitors patient conditions, administers medications, and collaborates with the treatment team to ensure quality care. Qualifications include a BSN preferred, active RN license, 1–3 years of nursing experience, CPR/BLS/ACLS certifications, and crisis prevention
