Meat/Produce Team Associate – Walmart

Base pay range: $14.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply where applicable.

Meat/Produce associates focus on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked, rotating product, and maintaining proper food‑safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure that Fresh displays are maintained and properly ordered throughout the day.
