Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $20.00/hr

• Perform make ready duties to prepare apartments for new residents, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements.
• Maintain and repair household appliances including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and HVAC units.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Conduct routine inspections of property systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders.
• Collaborate with management and other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks efficiently.

• Proficient in make ready procedures and apartment turnover tasks.
• Strong plumbing skills including installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with appliance maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment as needed.
