We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will help ensure that incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately, safely, and efficiently.
Responsibilities:- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Prepare, pack, label, and process outgoing shipments.
- Verify order accuracy and ensure products are properly packaged for delivery.
- Load and unload trucks safely.
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe warehouse.
- Communicate with drivers, vendors, and team members regarding shipments.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to complete shipping documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
