• Preparing & reviewing year-end financial statements and T2 returns
• Reviewing bookkeeping (QBO) and mentoring junior staff
• Working on tax planning, corporate reorganizations, trusts & GST/HST
• Communicating directly with clients regarding their financial statements
• Improving workflows, systems, and automation
• Communicate directly with lawyers, bankers & advisors

• 2-4 years of relevant public accounting experience
• Experience with owner-managed businesses (dental experience = bonus)
• Experience working with accounting and tax software (Case Ware, Tax Prep)
• Improving workflows, systems, and automation
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused
• Communicate directly with lawyers, bankers & advisors
