Become a Tax Advisor & Preparer with FBC in Abbotsford, BC. Engage with Members directly, providing tailored tax strategies while enjoying a hybrid work model that includes travel.

This full-time, permanent role involves working face-to-face with clients at their businesses. You will utilize your expertise in tax and accounting, ensuring Members receive thorough advice on their financial situations. Additionally, you will introduce them to FBC’s array of services, including bookkeeping and estate planning, fostering strong relationships for long-term support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored tax and accounting advice to Members

• File and complete T1 and T2 tax returns accurately

• Build lasting relationships and encourage referrals

• Identify Member needs and connect with in-house specialists

• Maintain detailed records of all services provided

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in tax preparation or accounting

• Proficient in Taxprep and accounting software

• Experience with farms and small business tax returns

• Strong client service and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
