Reporting to the Sr. Director of Finance, this role requires a strong background in financial management and a passion for ministry. You will lead the Accounts Payable team, ensuring timely compliance and improving overall efficiency. A minimum of eight years in the field is essential for success in this influential position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Approve payables and ensure compliance with policies
• Monitor bank balances for invoice payments
• Manage team staffing and workload distribution
• Facilitate team growth and maintain strong internal controls
• Prepare annual 1099 and T4A filings
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree; CPA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in accounting management
• Expertise in US and Canadian accounting practices
• Strong IT skills for process automation
• Commitment to supporting Christian values in the workplace
