We are currently looking for a highly skilled Controller. The Controller, under the guidance of the CFO, will lead a highly skilled financial team to oversee the full-cycle accounting processes at PCFP.

Job Overview

The Controller is responsible for leading the financial operations of the organization, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, the effectiveness of financial controls, and the alignment of financial strategy with operational performance. This role oversees full-cycle accounting, financial planning and analysis, cost accounting, and compliance activities within a manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the CFO, the Controller is a hands‑on leader who combines strong technical expertise with operational insight. This position plays a critical role in supporting business decision‑making, optimizing ERP systems, and developing a high‑performing finance team.

  • Lead all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
  • Oversee accurate and timely month‑end and year‑end close processes, including reconciliations and supporting schedules
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including variance analysis and executive‑level insights
