• 40% assurance (audits and reviews)

• Microsoft 365 for productivity and collaboration (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)

Our continued double-digit growth has resulted in us moving to a larger office space (yet to be announced), and we are looking to expand our team of nine professionals. This position requires a CPA designation and at least five years of public practice experience.

This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands‑on involvement in complex assurance and tax engagements. As an ideal candidate, you work efficiently and are adept at preparing and reviewing compilation, review, and audit engagements, with a thorough understanding of financial reporting frameworks for Canadian not-for-profit organizations, private enterprises, and Indigenous communities.

You are comfortable completing and reviewing engagements with minimal supervision, communicating effectively with clients, and mentoring team members at all levels. You have exceptional attention to detail, take pride in producing high-quality work, and are mindful of budgets and deadlines.
