Accounts Receivable ERP Invoicing Clerk

Manage ERP invoicing and receivables administration as an Accounts Receivable Clerk at Arctic Arrow, based in office. Work with Spectrum and client portals.

Reporting to the Controller, this Finance team position prepares and submits customer invoices for Arctic Arrow’s power utility services. You will enter invoices in Spectrum, create LEM backup sheets, maintain customer records, apply GST and PST, and follow month-end deadlines. Strong accuracy and confidentiality are essential.

• Set up customers and maintain the customer master file
• Apply GST, PST, and other taxes correctly
• Enter and attach invoices in Spectrum ERP software
• Submit invoices through required client submission portals
• Meet month-end billing deadlines and maintain organized files

• Diploma in Accounting or comparable accounting experience
• Three-plus years in high-volume data entry or invoicing
• Prior SharePoint and Spectrum experience is an asset
• Document controls education or training is an asset
• Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe knowledge
