As an Order Entry Clerk, you will efficiently enter and review customer orders, ensuring they align with specifications and company standards.
Your role supports both customers and our sales team by providing consistent updates and handling inquiries professionally. You will maintain organized records and actively participate in continuous improvement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently enter and manage customer orders in the database
• Review orders to confirm all details are correct
• Process modifications and keep stakeholders informed
• Ensure documentation is organized and accessible
• Suggest improvements to streamline workflows
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• Experience in order processing or customer service preferred
• High level of data entry accuracy needed
• Familiarity with ERP/order management systems is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required
