In this dynamic position, you will report to the Superintendent, coordinating the administration of vehicles and equipment vital for project success. Your responsibilities will include sourcing rentals, allocation of assets, and maintaining essential reporting metrics. Superior organizational skills and the ability to work independently will be key as you assist with site audits and provide education on equipment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate equipment rentals and maintenance requests
• Administer and allocate equipment for job site needs
• Conduct mileage and utilization reporting
• Assist with onboarding and annual renewals of equipment
• Collaborate with teams on GPS installations and repairs
Requirements:
• Strong grasp of construction equipment management
• Experience in project or equipment administration
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency, especially in Excel
• Ability to adapt to new technology like SAP
• Excellent communication and multitasking capabilities
Support utility infrastructure by effectively managing equipment and fostering team collaboration within Aecon Utilities.
