This role is integral in helping the CEO and Board enhance member experiences. You will coordinate communications, oversee office tasks, and ensure smooth operations within the organization. Your attention to detail and organization will be crucial in maintaining relationships and providing exceptional service to our members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the Chamber's calendar and office resources
• Schedule logistics for the CEO and Board meetings
• Support membership renewals and communications
• Assist with invoicing and maintain financial records
• Organize and execute Chamber events and support
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or similar
• Minimum 3 years as an executive assistant or in operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Reliable and proactive in managing priorities
