Join Fraser Valley Aboriginal Child and Family Services Society as a Full Time Administrative Clerk. This role involves clerical duties, data entry, and office support in a vibrant organizational environment.
As an Administrative Clerk, you will handle filing, correspondence, and front desk duties in a supportive capacity. Your core responsibilities will include comprehensive record keeping, data management, and engaging with clients. This position requires multitasking in a busy workspace, ensuring accuracy in administrative tasks and excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain client files and organizing documentation
• Greet and assist clients in the office
• Handle ordering and inventory of office supplies
• Manage facility assets and schedules
• Assist in booking travel and meeting arrangements
Requirements:
• Grade 12 graduation;
Office Administration courses are a plus
• Minimum one-year clerical experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid BC driver’s license required
