Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries via phone, in person, or electronically
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and documents
• Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
• Maintain office supply inventory and equipment
• Assist in preparing meeting agendas and recording minutes
Requirements:
• High school diploma required;
Office Diploma is an asset
• Two years of relevant administrative experience
• Proficient with Office 365 software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
