As a key support to the Hatchery Manager, you will assist in various operational tasks essential for smooth hatchery function. This role involves precise data management and engagement with inventory systems. Strong proficiency in MS Office is necessary to support reporting and communication tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage internal correspondence and documentation
• Assist in hatchery administrative functions and reporting
• Ensure accurate data entry in the HIMS system
• Prepare and manage invoices for A/P and A/R
• Supervise payroll management for hatchery staff
Requirements:
• Previous administrative experience is beneficial
• Proficiency in MS Office tools is required
• Knowledge of Kronos and Insync is advantageous
