Join Fraser Health as an Administrative Support Clerk under the supervision of the Public Health Administrative Supervisor. This role requires a blend of skills such as reception services, document preparation, and effective communication. You will be instrumental in managing filing systems, processing correspondence, and assisting clients, contributing to the smooth operation of public health services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide reception services via multi-line switchboard
• Type various documents using word-processing software
• Maintain filing systems for records and correspondence
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
• Arrange meetings and special functions as required
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education and Office Administration Certificate
• One year of recent relevant experience
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to operate office equipment
• Demonstrated organizational skills and initiative
