You will work in a collaborative environment, assisting with client intake, managing records, and performing reception duties under the guidance of the Public Health Administrative Supervisor. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are necessary for success in this multi-faceted role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide reception services including taking calls and messages
• Type correspondence and prepare informational packages
• Set up and manage filing systems for various documents
• Process incoming/outgoing mail and courier documents
• Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining waiting lists
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma and completion of Office Administration program
• Recent administrative experience of one year or equivalent
• Effective communication in English and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using office software and equipment
• Ability to prioritize workload and work efficiently
Support public health initiatives at Fraser Health with your administrative capabilities.
