The Donor Engagement Coordinator supports MCC BC’s mission of sharing God’s love through global and local relief, development and peace building by providing excellent supporter care, accurate record management and timely administrative support to the Advancement Team. With a particular focus on monthly donors, new donors, donor appreciation initiatives and donor, volunteer, and church engagement data, this position helps ensure supporters feel welcomed, valued, informed and connected to MCC’s work.

The role requires a warm, professional, and compassionate approach to responding to inquiries; documenting supporter information with care and integrity; coordinating donor communications and appreciation initiatives; supporting volunteer and church engagement records; and collaborating with colleagues to provide a consistently excellent supporter experience.
As an integral member of the team, this position requires personal alignment with MCC BC’s Christian identity and values, which are rooted in Jesus, the Anabaptist community of faith and the work of reconciliation. The role includes participation in devotionals and prayer within MCC BC, as well as engagement with churches and faith gatherings, and calls for representing MCC and its work with integrity in all settings.
