• 1+ years experience as an automotive service advisor or related role
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, DMS system experience (e.g., PBS, CDK, Keyloop Serti or any similar DMS)
• Strong communication, excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
• Motivated to grow in a fast‑paced environment

$70,000-$100,000 per year

• Customer Service:
  Provide top‑notch service by listening to customer concerns and understanding their needs
• Inspections and Quotes:
  Perform thorough multi‑point inspections and compile accurate quotes using MPI Software
• Warranty and Contracts:
  Verify warranty coverage and explain coverage and exclusions to customers
• Communication and Follow‑Up:
  Maintain effective communication with Service Technicians and keep customers updated on their vehicle’s status
• Maintenance Recommendations:
  Use your expertise to recommend necessary repairs and maintenance based on customer descriptions and service history
