Automotive Service Technician (Red Seal / Journeyperson) Pay Rate: $85,000 - $150,000 per year. The Honda Way.

The Honda Way, a family‑owned and operated dealership proudly serving the Fraser Valley for over 40 years, is seeking a Red Seal Automotive Service Technician to join our high‑performing Service Team.

We are looking for a skilled technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, strong diagnostics, and doing the job right the first time. Honda experience is an asset, but we are open to experienced licensed technicians from other brands who want to grow with a strong shop and a strong team.

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer and inventory vehicles.
• Complete inspections, identify needed work, and document findings clearly.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns efficiently and accurately.
• Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts, and shop dispatch to keep work flowing.
• Maintain quality standards, shop efficiency, and a safe work environment.
• Support a positive, professional, team‑oriented culture in the service department.

• Red Seal Certification in Automotive Service Technician.
• Journeyperson / fully licensed technician status.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Professional attitude, reliability, and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Honda training or dealership experience is an asset, but not required.
