Service Advisor

Position: Full-Time Service Advisor
Provide top-notch automotive service as a Service Advisor in Abbotsford, BC. This position offers $20.00-$27.00 per hour and full-time hours.

As a Service Advisor, you'll directly interact with customers, helping them navigate their vehicle maintenance and repair needs.

Your role will encompass preparing work orders, managing customer expectations, and ensuring alignment between customer requests and service centre capabilities. Your expertise will foster customer loyalty and build trust within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, providing friendly service and support

• Prepare and review work orders and estimates with customers

• Address and understand customer vehicle concerns

• Schedule and manage appointments effectively

• Ensure that health and safety compliance is maintained

Requirements:

• Proficient in automotive mechanics

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Must hold a valid driver's license

• Open to flexible work hours and physical demands

• Previous experience in customer service is an asset
