Sales Project Coordinator

• Coordinate sales strategies
• Gather pre-tender feedback and coordinate follow-up
• Prepare and manage take-offs, bids, and quotations
• Create and manage production schedules
• Assist with RFP responses
• Monitor project costs
• Create and maintain project documents
• Assist with developing and implementing quality control programs

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in construction coordination
• Estimating and take-off experience
• Basic math skills for invoicing

• Base Pay: $65,000 - $70,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
