Skills Needed: Summary of Experience

Minimum of 7 years of related accounting and audit assurance experience
Customer service experience and overall office administration skills are criticial

Requirements:

Completion of a University Accounting Degree
Working towards obtaining an accounting designation (i.e. ACCA) is preferred but not mandatory
Experience with IFRS, ISA is mandatory (IFRS 17, IFRS 9 are critical)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate well with clients, coworkers, managers and partners
Strong commitment to quality
Proficiency in MS-Office, namely Excel is mandatory
Proficient to Expert Level experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks (online and desktop), Caseware is mandatory
Experience with a Value Added Tax (VAT) regime is mandatory
Availability to travel to other OECS countries for work assignments if required
