As a Site Lead at Green Landscape Experts Ltd., you’ll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, working hands‑on while guiding a skilled crew to deliver top‑tier landscape installations. From patios and retaining walls to softscape elements and site coordination, you’ll play a key role in bringing projects to life—on time, on budget, and with unmatched quality.

• Act as the primary on‑site leader, directing daily construction tasks
• Coordinate material delivery, equipment use, and crew activities
• Communicate with project managers and clients to keep work on track
• Ensure work meets company quality and safety standards
• Mentor crew members and support their skill development

• 3+ years of experience in landscape construction, including hardscape and softscape installation
• Leadership experience in a foreperson, lead hand, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction best practices and site layout
• Competency operating machinery (e.g., skid steers, mini‑excavators)
• Ability to read and execute from landscape plans and grades
• Clear communication, accountability, and professionalism

• Are organized, adaptable, and solutions‑oriented
• Enjoy working outdoors in all conditions and leading by example

• Hourly Rate: $32–$38, based on experience and performance
• Overtimes, benefits, and group RRSP
