The Operations Labourer supports a variety of divisions in the Operations Department, including but not limited to Parks, Roads, Facilities, Water, and Sewer. The incumbent is responsible for assisting with a wide range of general construction, maintenance and custodial tasks, as well as performing mowing, line trimming, pruning and weed-removal tasks. The duties may involve challenging working conditions and changes of assignment with minimal notice based on operational needs.

This position is unionized, CUPE Local , and the hourly rate of pay is $31.19, plus an additional 12.4% in lieu of all benefits including vacation and Statutory Holiday pay.
