As part of Structure Craft’s family-oriented team, the Project Coordinator works closely with project managers and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely and on time. You’ll plan, direct, and manage various phases of timber construction projects while maintaining budget and quality standards. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential in this collaborative role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team up with Project Manager for successful project execution

• Lead timber construction from bid award to finalize

• Define critical tasks and allocate resources effectively

• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules

• Deliver onsite construction support and quality checks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Building Science, Engineering, or related field

• Some construction project experience is a plus

• Excellent communication and resource planning skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools

• Willingness to travel regularly to the US
