Position: Superintendent Role in Railway Construction
Drive successful railway projects with an established organization in Abbotsford, BC. We are looking for a General Superintendent skilled in managing field operations and ensuring safety.

As a General Superintendent, you will be pivotal in overseeing railway track construction and maintenance projects at a respected infrastructure services company. Your leadership will ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget while conforming to safety standards. This role demands a deep understanding of construction practices and the ability to manage teams effectively on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead construction efforts ensuring they align with design, budget, and schedule

• Schedule labor and manage materials for project needs

• Coordinate reviews of documentation and designs

• Monitor performance and productivity of subcontractors

• Enforce compliance with safety programs and procedures

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of relevant construction experience

• Strong contractor and project management skills

• Clean Driver’s License required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Capability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
